The largest state self-storage organization in the country, the Texas Self Storage Association has been providing a wide range of benefits to self-storage owners and operators in Texas for more than 20 years. TSSA was founded in 1986 as the Texas Mini Storage Association to provide opportunities for all self-storage owners and operators to learn, share and improve both their own businesses and the self-storage industry as a whole. TSSA continues that mission today with more than 3,000 member facilities.

The RGVAA has nearly 300 active members-including owners, managers, management companies and product/service suppliers-representing more than 18,000 rental units located from Rio Grande City, Mission, McAllen and Edinburg to Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville and SPI. The focus of RGVAA is on communication, legislation, education and providing services to members and the community. In conjunction with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), RGVAA closely monitors potential laws which could affect our industry.
